  1. I totally sympathize- I had to cut out dairy too! But it did wonders for my girl (and my waistline! ha!) so it was totally worth it. I'm glad you figured it out this early on. I went with almond milk and goat cheese as alternatives.

  3. Here's a recipe I used for my Kosher Friend: In your crockpot put 2 lbs cubed chicken breast fresh or frozen, 1 can Rotel, 1 can black beans. Cook until chicken falls apart, then roll in a tortilla or eat on rice! So Yummy and Easy.
