Currently craving

Can't stop thinking about fish tacos, due to some killer ones I recently sampled at a Mexican restaurant. Hoping to make my own as soon as I get into my kitchen!
So simple, refreshing, and light (especially if the fish is grilled) perfect for end of summer heat!

Recipe:
grill up or fry fresh white (cod) fish
pico de gallo (chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeno)
cabbage slaw
tortilla
squeeze of lime
{sour cream and guacamole optional}
