Working on the cardiac floor makes me feel like everyone has chest pain these days and unfortunately statistics support my feeling. However, Im pretty convinced that alot of our heart problem has to do with America's food problem contributing to high cholesterol and blood pressure. Have you seen the food video by Jamie Oliver? He is a chef from London, a real creative spirit with passion for food and concern for our heath as a country. Check it out here, especially if you have kids in our school system, it really opened my eyes.
I didn't realize you were a cardiac nurse. My little man had an irregular strong murmur the other day at his check up. We visit a cardiologist on the 31st. trying to stay mellow and in prayer.
